I've been to a few pho spots in the springs, castle rock, and Denver. The prices here are pretty good, and the food is even better. Everything tasted fresh and the owner was very polite. “ Y'all, you have to check this place out. We live just across the highway and my husband is a pho connoisseur (his word, not mine). He loves pho. Pho has never been my thing, but let me tell you, this spot has a bomb menu. The vermicelli bowl HITS THE SPOT. Add some extra fish sauce. We are so glad we started eating here. The inside is quirky but don't let that deter you. It is a charming spot with amazing food. ”

Meticulously so. Our waitress, who is also the owner, was friendly, fun and talkative. She was happy to tell us all about her place and her son and anything else we wanted to chat about. She was extremely pleasant and a joy to talk to. The food was freshly made, hot and fantastic. I had sesame tofu and my girlfriend had Vietnamese egg rolls. The portions were hearty and came out within ten minutes. We I'll gladly return to this place as we left full and smiling. This is a great restaurant. ”
